R.I.P lambarini

so it has come to a sad part of my social media life.....

i have decided to change all my social media names from "lambarini" to "yo sammy"
sadly allot of other people seem to have the name "yo sammy" on there social media accounts, even though there accounts are not in use or under active, so ive had to add the number 1 to a few of my networks.

i have wanted to change my name for a couple of years now and i have finally done it.

back in 2006 i joined youtube not knowing how big it was going to be in the future. i wanted my channel name to be called spammerz as thats my nick name and still is today. - sadly someone else was using that name so i chose "lambarini" as it sounded similar to the bottle of "lambrini" that i was sat staring at in the kitchen. (i thought it sounded pretty)

for those who dont know, "lambrini" is "britians most popular commercial perry" - as it states on there website. most people know it as "the cheap wine" as it only costs about £2.00 to buy.

now as much as i like the drink "lambrini" i dont want to be known as a bottle of alcohol. - i just feel it does not represent me as a person. for years ive been laying in bed thinking to what i want to change all my social media too and recently i have come up with a name! yo sammy!

when i first changed my name last weekend i did feel instantly low. i felt like i had just thrown away my unique name. im not very good with change, even getting my hair cut can upset me! i also know a few youtube friends didnt like the fact that i changed my name and it was a hard decision for me. i realise people reading this might think im being over dramatic, but it was a very hard thing for me to do.

since changing my name i lost subscribers. im assuming they looked in there sub box and thought "who is yo sammy, i dont remember subbing to her"

the reason i chose the name "yo sammy" is because it sounded like it had a ring to it. maybe i was inspired by my favourite travel vlogger hey nadine with her name.

im slowly changing art work and banners all over my social media and its taking allot of time but hopefully i will have it all finished soon!

i also have allot of work to do with this blog as all my links have changed and so on. i hate using HTML but hopefully it will be done very soon!
