day 3 of my road trip, i visited Buxton!
Buxton is a spa town in Derbyshire. the picture on the right is St Annes well. buxton is famous for its spring water and is sold all around england. the spring waters are pumped into St Annes Well. when i drank from the lions mouth the water was really warm, this is because the water comes from a geothermal spring, that rises to a constant temperature of 28 degrees C. every time i looked at the well there was always a small que of people waiting to fill there bottles up with the water.
buxton baths
the opera house! it is a very beautiful building, infact all the buildings in buxton just look so pretty!
not the best of photos of myself lol. next to the opera house is a green house with some really colourful plants and flowers. in the photo above i was pretending to me a pixie.
if you ever get a chance to vist the amazing Buxton i hope you get chance to do more things then i did. we only had a few hours stay here because we had to get back on the tour bus. check out my video i filmed on the day :)
